As world-wide pollution of the sea continues to worsen, there are
renewed warnings this month from food safety experts about rising
levels of dioxins and PCBs in fish. This creates a huge dilemma for
us where "oily" fish are concerned because they are a VERY important
source of essential fatty acids.
