As the summer warms up and we enjoy light evenings, cool crunchy
salads are especially inviting.
It's important to eat plenty of fruit and veg, including salads,
because this can help prevent heart disease and some types of cancer,
as well as benefiting our general health.
Experts advise that we should eat at least five portions of a variety
