My name is Kara and I would like to educate you about alkaline,
ionized water. I have been educating and providing individuals and
practitioners with healthy, high pH, micro-clustered water for their
mind, body and spirit for five years now.

Ailments of all kinds have improved after drinking this water. A
recent customer wrote this to me last week:

"My boyfriend who is the biggest skeptic going, has been drinking the

As for myself, well, my sciatica seems to have disappeared, I am on
no painkiller whatsoever. Usually when I have a bout of Sciatica, it
lasts for weeks, sometimes 2 months. This time - well, what can I
say. I am happy, painfree. I really really am. I have been
spraying it on my body where the exzema was, 'WAS' being the operative
word. I am no longer itching, that is a start and I have only been
using to treat my exzema for a few days. Even my boyfriend, had a
rash on his neck, that is now relieved.

The Dangers of Acidity

In the last issue, I described how a chronic state of metabolic
acidosis compromises our liver detoxification. Most metabolic acidosis
results from the over-ingestion of acidic foods, including meat, dairy
products and processed grains. The breakdown of these proteins creates
acidic byproducts that must be eliminated by the kidneys, which
