Re: Massage Meditation Reflexology - Why so hard?

We are living in a society that goes so fast that we only have time
to 'fix' the problem. We don't take time to understand what our body
is telling us when we get the headache, when we cant sleep or we are
so tired we cant get out of bed. We are told that the answer is
simple, take a tablet. We in turn teach our children that it will
all be OK, we only need to take the tablet. We want everything now,
we don't have time to work out what else is going on and even if we
do realise, we don't know what we need to do to implement the
changes. Who do we turn to? The doctor, our parents, the yellow
pages??? Do we even have the energy to make the changes. Its just
easier to take the tablet.
Finding the answer takes time, energy and money. Unfortunately we
generally don't have time, because we are so busy, which leaves us
with no energy, which in turn can lead to us not working, and
therefore having no money.
I do have to ask though, why is it so much more expensive in the UK
than in other countries and why is it so difficult to find where to
go?
