| Notes: | The most important thing happening now, is that we are being 'asked' by Spirit to move from our heads to our hearts. This essential change transforms our consciousness and our world. All beings are experiencing the acceleration of consciousness taking place at this time, but it is up to humans to use our free will to CHOOSE the path of Heart; a path intrinsically based upon the highest good for the each and the all of us. Because 2012 is so close, the aceleration of our energy bodies, consciousness, all life, is actually speeding jup and gaining more momentum:. It is a strong 'current' and many people are finding it difficult to keep their balance, let alone make headway. The energy and process of ascension while ultimately beneficial, can be challenging on many levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, as our energy bodies and consciousness struggle to adapt to and integrate the new and higher frequency or vibration of Light that is pouring into our Earth and all of Life.
