Sat Nam, Namaste dear CHEAL,
I'm Fateh, from Cambridge, where I work as a therapist, Deeksha Giver and
Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I just wanted to share some thoughts and update you on
some great things happening Cambridge and East Anglia.
Whatever defines us also limits us. Our roles, personality, likes/dislikes,
identity are all limits. This is absolutely how it should be because we live in
a 'limited' world, a world of definitions - and we need to interact in it. For
example, without having a gender we can't have a gender-based relationship.
Without a physical body we can't move on the physical plane.
There are times in all our lives when our definitions become our prison. And
sometimes what we're trapped in with (fears, hurts, resentments, rejections
etc.) brings us our own kind of hell. At such times freedom can be found in our
relationship to what is without limit.
What we understand this experience to be (Consciousness, Infinite, Beyond,
Simply Being, Absolute, Reality, Soul, God, Void, etc.) doesn't matter as much
as whether or not we are in relation to it. Without this, the only option we
have is to make our cage as comfortable as possible.
Here are a number of opportunities to explore and deepen this connection through
Meditation and Deeksha (Oneness Blessing).
Oneness Blessing is a healing practice which helps to unify our experience of
ourselves so that we can connect more deeply with that infinite space within and
without.

Sat 19th - Sat 26th April, Shakti Stahl Inauguration Various events
(come to any or all), to celebrate and synchronise with the monumental
happenings in India. This week the awe-inspiring temple Shakti Stahl, built
according to sacred geometry, is being opened. In the centre of this sacred
space is an empty throne, where each person can place the Absolute in whatever
form is meaningful to them. The temple is open to everyone, from any tradition
or none at all. A universal tribute to Awarness or Consciousness. The
intention: to hold several thousand people, many of them enlightened, meditating
together. This is a beacon to raise the very vibration of humanity. As Jung
discovered through his psychology, we are in fact all connected to each other
on some psychic level, and such major events ripple round the planet and touch
us all, whether or
not we consciously resonate with them. All events include Oneness
Blessing (Deeksha) and Meditatation. Sat19th: workshop in Cambridge
