Those who say that beauty is only "skin-deep" have yet to discover
the subtle world of INNER BEAUTY...

Inner beauty is not "phased" by physical defects, illness, ageing or
death. It survives all things and can be enjoyed by ourselves (=
enjoying "YOURSELF")- even when others are not appreciating us.

Unlike "prettiness", "attractiveness" or "physical perfection", Inner
Beauty does not attract undesirable attention. Quite the opposite in
fact! - Inner beauty attracts "more of the same" via the
universe's "Law of Attraction" which was demonstrated so clearly in

create an uplifting spiral of love, peace and joy in our life.

In the magic world of inner beauty, ugliness, negative experiences
and personal limitations are transformed into wonder and

EXPLORING & CULTIVATING INNER BEAUTY

In a forthcoming course at Swavesey College in Cambridgeshire UK,
Sheryl Wonnacott and myself will be inviting participants to explore
and cultivate the qualities of Inner Beauty, Inner Mystery & Inner
Sparkle via a range of holistic exercises and practises.

We will be considering what can block these qualities in us, and also
what can lead us down the slippery opposite path of Inner ugliness,
Shallowness and "Being a bore!"
