Gaining Sunlight! - A Spring Tonic!
-----------------------------------

"Letting in the Light - A Spring Tonic!" is a day workshop in the
Cambridge area tomorrow Sunday March 4th 10.30-4.30pm in Dry Drayton
(close to A14, 5 miles from Cambridge).
Presented by Katja, Sheryl & Mike (Mikhael).

As the Spring Equinox approaches it is time for us to shake off the
clutter of Winter and "raise our level of vibration" - invigorate and
awaken ourselves and begin to formulate new opportunities for
fulfilment in the coming year.

We will be drawing on ancient and modern Shamanic approaches to the
awakening and harmonising of our inner world of conscious and
unconscious mind plus finding increased harmony and inspiration for
the coming year via contact with nature wisdom, our spiritual
brothers and sisters and the Spirit world (however we personally
conceive this).

We will be outside for part of the day, as the weather allows -
connecting with seasonal nature wisdom in woodland and meadowland.

Activities include...

* Connecting to seasonal nature spirit guidance

* Gathering wild herbs to make a traditional "Spring Tonic" drink.

* 1-to-1 tuition in drumming a shamanic journey for those who wish

* Trance dancing

* Attunement exercises

* Season-related breathwork

* Inspirational dance & chant from a range of Shamanic traditions

* Drummed Shamanic journey

* Spontaneous tai chi (energy cultivation)

* "Healing touch" intuitive healing
