Sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time!

> Look to see how many people are in my spiritual realm please.

All souls share the same spiritual realm, Debbie, so potentially we
are all exposed to each other, however, just as on earth, there are
laws in the spiritual realm to encourage good behavior, punish bad
behaviour and protect one soul from being harmed by another (e.g. The
Law of Karma - "we reap what we sow!").

In this connection it is important to know that your soul is
indestructible - your soul is eternal, it cannot be destroyed.
However it can suffer, as you are suffering now.

> What can I do?

Look within yourself for the controllable aspect of your suffering
(we are the "co-creators" of our own experiences, even if it does not
always feel that way).
