I would really appreciate the help of CHEAL members in trying to make
sense of a very bizarre psychic experience, especially what 3 cryptic
words mean....
but first, some definitions for those unfamiliar with...
"Channelling"
-------------
According to that wonderful online encyclopaedia, The
Wikipedia, "channelling" (UK English spelling) or channeling (U.S.
English) is "Communication of information to or through a person (the
channel or medium), from a spirit or other supernatural entity
outside the mind (or self) of the channel."
see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Channelling_%28mediumistic%29
"Automatic writing"
-------------------
"Automatic writing is the process, or product, of writing material
that does not come from the conscious thoughts of the writer. The
writer's hand forms the message, and the person is unaware of what
will be written. It is sometimes done in a trance state. Other times
the writer is aware (not in a trance) of their surroundings but not
of the actions of their writing hand."

A [VERY!] Surprising Experience of Channelling!
---------------------------------------------
In 1997, just after the death of Princess Diana, I was meditating
alone and suddenly felt an impulse to write. My hand moved steadily
over the paper and wrote without any conscious effort or
understanding on my part. It was 7 years since I had last had an
experience like this - at that time (1990) around 50 poems came to me
(a non-poet!) over the course of a single week. Some of these poems
are available on one of my websites:
http://www.stress-counselling.co.uk (search for "poem" to list them)
Today, I have put online a scan image of the "automatic writing"
(purporting to be from the dead Princess Diana) channelling which
came to me on the day after her death (which was on 31st August
1997). You can view this bizarre piece of "automatic writing" here...

One of several amazing aspects of this experience was that a very
strange form of handwriting emerged (see the webpage image) - a style
of handwriting totally unknown to me.
Your Help is Requested!
-----------------------
In the message, there are 3 words that I cannot quite make out...
1. The name of the tower - it seems to begin with 2 florid letter "L"s
2. Take the steps behind the ???????
3. "????? will serve you well"
Any ideas??
Why Now?
--------
At the time of Diana's death and funeral, I kept very quiet about
this experience, because it was, as you may remember, a time of great
national emotional and spiritual upheaval, so I imagined that lots of
people would probably be experiencing psychic phenomena related to
the tragic events. I also did not wish to stir up anything that might
add to the burdens faced by her family, friends at that time -
especially if it might eventually prove to be just be some bizarre
product of a fevered imagination!
I was of course intrigued, however, and I was particularly enchanted
by the suggestion that there might be some gift awaiting me at some
mystical location!!
So, over the next couple of years I searched diligently for the tower
in Wales that the message refers to. Not an easy search because the
name of the tower is not very clear. In the process of searching I
showed the writing to a number of people and asked their opinion as
to the spelling.
My searching was fruitless and over the years I gradually forgot
about the channelling, though I did file it safely away.
After nine and a half years I had basically consigned the experience
to the category of "a strange bit of momentary madness!" But then, a
week ago, while visiting one of my favourite Welsh waterfalls, I
stumbled on a webpage printout pinned to the wall of a cafe
noticeboard. It was entitled "Pen Y Bryn - The Princes' Tower". I was
puzzled that I had not found this tower during my earlier searches
for Welsh towers, especially when it was located so close to one of
my favourite haunts when visiting Wales. As I read down the page a
shiver went down my spine when I reached the words "...it holds the
key to the tragic story of Gwenllian...the first and last true born
Princess of Wales".
You can view the online version of the webpage I was reading here...

To cut a long story short, I contacted the owners and they kindly
arranged for me to visit the tower last Friday. I went with an open
mind (especially since I had not read the channelling for quite some
time) but when the name "Llewelyn's Tower" was mentioned I felt there
was a link to the channelling. Re-reading the channelling over last 2
days I see that the tower name appears to begin with "LLe", though
not actually "Llewelyn" in full.
http://www.llywelyn.co.uk ("Llywelyn" is an old spelling of the
modern name "Llewelyn")
It is still all pretty mystifying!
Is the channelling really valid, or just a wild imagining?
What are the 3 unclear words?
I would love to know!
In Conclusion
-------------
Is it just a bizarre coincidence that the channelling mentioned above
has led me on a journey from the death of a modern English "Princess
of Wales" to the place where the last truly Welsh "Princess of Wales"
lived?
Is it just a bizarre coincidence that all this is coming together at
a time when this unique historic site is in dire need of financial
help? The owners have poured all their money into the restoration
work, but more is needed. In the week that I visited, gales had blown
tiles off the roof and a window out of the tower, and the owners have
no funds for urgently needed repairs. The 800-year-old tower is
crumbling and it is quite irreplaceable.
Kathryn and Brian Gibson have moved heaven and earth to keep this
historic site intact and founded a charitable trust to preserve it.
Kathryn has spent years on researching the history of the Welsh
dynasty that English Kings once deliberately obliterated. She is
gradually putting her findings online so that all may freely benefit.

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source
of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can
no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes
are closed." [Albert Einstein]
