Sorry, might have missed a few messages previously about mindfulness
so could be repeating previously posted stuff, but there are also at
least two courses running now in Cambridge.

They've both started already so probably too late to join anything
this side of Christmas, but both are being run from Cambridge Body
Psychotherapy Centre.
