Has anyone tried any of them?

I have just finished evaluating one of them: "The Ancient Art of Reiki Healing"
produced by Quantum Leap Group Limited.

I'm glad that I only rented it, because it is not cheap to buy - not even the
second-hand copies, and was quite disappointing as a documentary film. It is
obviously a digitised version of an earlier black and white video. Shame it is
in B & W because there are some cute and pretty stills and clips of flowers,
birds and animals that would have been great in colour!

The DVD does not instruct you in how to do Reiki yourself, but is really aimed
at potential clients of the Reiki therapist - showing what a typical Reiki
treatment session is like and detailing the origins and history of Reiki.

The DVD does show a useful range of hand positions for self-healing and healing
others, whether by Reiki or other "laying-on of hands" universal life-giving
energy healing systems and includes a basic guide to the chakras.

Contraindications for Reiki Healing

There are also useful warnings about potential hazards or side-effects of Reiki
for diabetics, people with pacemakers, on steroid medication or about to require
some types of surgery.
