Hi Scott
Welcome from me too!
I guess I practise mindfulness, being and feeling in the now, via voice
in my work. The Voicework I offer is unique in that it is not like most
of the voicework around. It is a synthesis of 27 years of observation,
study and being with the other, in the moment.... moment by moment
listening and allowing the space for whatever presents in that moment
from the depths of the psyche and the body. It has grown out of
Buddhist practice and Energy therapy training along with my formal
training as a singer/teacher.
Good wishes to you and your work up there in Scotland!
Felicity
