Tomorrow is of course May Day and a traditional time for May Pole celebrations
and community dancing. In the ancient pagan calendar it is the Festival of

Wandlebury 5.00AM Meet in the car park - The Devil's Dyke Morris
will lead a "Dancing up the Sun".

5.30am Ampthill, Katherine's Cross Redbornstoke, Bedfordshire Lace
and Windsor Morris "Dance up the Sun".

6.00am Ickwell Maypole morris dancing - May Festival Northill 11.30,
then procession to Ickwell Maypole and may dancing till 4.00.

Baldock: Baker's Close 6.30am, Baldock Morris "Dance up the Sun".

11.00 Shenely nr St Albans, Village May Day celebrations, with
Woodside Morris Men

12.00 onward King's Lynn May Horn blowing, St Margaret's church.

Circle dance on Saffron Walden Common - in the labyrinth - May Day
afternoon & early evening -All welcome.

May Pole celebrations on Monday at Crowland near Peterborough.

Sunday May 21st - Cambridge Pagans Picnic
