Hi,
My name's Fateh, and I'm new to this group. I wanted to let you know
about a Kundalini Yoga which I teach.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful form of yoga which until recently was not taught
openly. Before Yogi Bhajan defied tradition and moved to the West in order to
teach, the only way of learning such life
transforming techniques was to surrender your life to a Guru and leave the
trappings of the outer world behind forever.
Kundalini Yoga utilises asanas (postures), mudras (hand positions), pranayama
(breathing techniques) and mantra (sound/sacred syllables). It is a direct and
powerful method of bringing mind body and spirit into harmony.
This yoga has transformed my life completely.
If you would like to give Kundalini Yoga a try you would be most welcome at the
class I teach in Cambridge on Wednesdays at 7.30pm. The cost is £7 for two
hours. Any level of fitness experience can be accommodated.
I teach at the Sukhmani Centre which can be found off Cutter Ferry Close (see
directions below).
Hope to see you there,
love and light
Fateh
Direction's: At the bottom of Elizabeth Way bridge turn immediately
left but instead of following Cutter Ferry Close round go straight on
to the muddy lane and look for a door marked '68' and KNOCK LOUDLY.
If you can't make Wednesdays then let me know as there are other
classes on Mondays and Thursdays taught by Har Hari
