I see that the "Integrated Energy Therapy" website claims: "works
directly with the 12-Strand DNA to expand, realign, and restructure
on or more pairs. Each IET attunement builds progressively with the
others to ultimately bring all six pairs of DNA into their full
power."
On February 28th 1953, Francis Crick walked into the Eagle pub in
St. Bene't's Street, Cambridge and announced that he and James
Watson had "found the secret of life." They had determined the
structure of deoxyribonucleic acid, DNA as a "double helix" and that
this double-strand of DNA replicates itself to disseminate genetic
instructions to cells.
Just lately we are seeing a rising number of claims (becoming almost
an industry!) that human beings can develop, or can activate, DNA
forms that extend beyond the widely researched and proven double
helix form.
I was at a meeting recently of "subtle energies" experts from around
the world, where an American therapist claimed that her "DNA had
been altered". A scientist was there from a Scottish University and
he responded that a team of his colleagues had been investigating
claims from a number of individuals, including what have been
termed "Indigo Children", that they had 12 or otherwise multi-
stranded DNA configurations. To date the scientist had not found any
DNA deviating from the usual double helix.
The scientist went on to urge everyone to be more circumspect in
making or accepting claims that soemone has, or is able to activate,
more potent forms of DNA.
This seems like good advice to me. It behoves us as therapists not to lead
ourselves or anyone else up the garden path if we can possibly avoid it!
So, if the "Integrated Energy Therapy" folks have some scientific evidence
(after all "DNA" is a construct of the world of science) to back their claim
about 12-Strand DNA, please will they reveal it?
Best wishes
Mike
