The Trichotillomania Support Group of the Carolinas is comprised of other pullers and pickers of all ages, and their parents, friends, and/or other support people, who believe that supporting each other is a vital step towards recovery. The message board (linked below) is a place to provide loving support to one another in lieu of in-person meetings and stay up-to-date on events. This is a safe and non-judgmental place to share ideas, strategies, difficulties and successes. We encourage you to ask questions and share insights.
