Re: [cerebralpalsy] disney world and flying

I'm a day late and a dollar short on replying; but I've heard that if you contact them, you can get special needs 'pass' so that you may not have extensive waits in line.

hi pvl and cp groups!

we are lucky enough to go to disney this february and i was hoping that others could give us some advice on what to expect with regards to accessability.  we have Matt who will be 3 when we go.  he isn't in a wheelchair, just the stroller for now, but he isn't mobile or verbal.  we haven't been there since we were 12, before epcot was built, so we only really remember the pirate ride and space mountain.

also, what about flying.  do we need a car seat on the plane?  he can sit up but with my support.

is it easy to get around?  are people helpful?  are there any good websites for air travel and/or disney?

thanks everyone,
Betsy
