Just an addition.....I would suggest your first task would be to check the fit of his current braces (in consultation with your son's PT) and have that addressed BEFORE trying the shoes. The shoes are very costly and I'm not sure they will solve your son's problem.
I would strongly recommend that you bring your son's PT into the loop on this one and make any decisions in consultation with him/her.
Good Luck.

If your child is getting sore and bruises from the brace I would bring this to you son's therapist's attention immediately.....it is NOT okay and it means that the braces are incorrectly fitted and should be re-fitted. I am assuming that he is wearing a custom made brace...if he isn't it sounds like he should be.Which brings me to another point. The shoes are not custom fit for your child which means that they may not reduce the redness or bruising and could even make it worse. His braces should be properly fit to him and if he is getting sores it means that his current brace needs to be re-moulded or replaced.I will try get the name of the shoes for you...but I would consult with your son's therapist immediately about the braces.Laura
