Is she receiving therapy? The therapists would have experience with
that and advice. BabyNet is a federal program and each state has a
different way of administering it...but it's a free program from 0-
3yrs...Perhaps start with your local social services agency..that is
where it is housed in SC.

does any one have any ideas on how to help me get a 17 month to learn. We are trying to teach her to sign but she does not even look at us. Is that common?...

My son Cody is 2 1/2 and still has trouble with signing. Although now he talks, but his therapists are teaching him also how to sign. I think it is hard to...
