 Hello my name is Connie. I have a 3 year old with cp. She drools a lot. But the dentist told us that, that's a good thing. She has never had a cavity. But we brush her teeth a lot. He said that makes a huge difference. Hope all is well. I also know about thick it, to thicken liquids. Myah can't drink unless it's in her drinks. She aspirates otherwise. She doesn't mind it, but your daughter might. Good Luck and God Bless!   Connie
