Good afternoon to all!
 
Please be advised that the fee schedule will be changing and will only affect the Medical Massage portion. Effective November 1, 2003, the new fee schedule will be the following:
 
 
 
  • Therapeutic Massage
  $75 per hour*
$40 per 1/2 hour*
$45 Hand Foot Paraffin Treatment*
$110 per 1-1/2 hour
 
  • Medical Massage (must be prescribed by your doctor)
 
Per Unit (unit = 15 minutes)
97010 Hot or Cold Packs $25.00
97110 Therapeutic Exercises $45.00
97112 Neuromuscular Re-education $44.00
97124 Massage Therapy $28.00
97140 Manual Therapy Techniques $34.00
   
  • Traditional Thai Massage
  $100 per session of 90-minutes
 
 
(other than office environments must meet certain requirements)

 
  • On-site (Chair) Massage (2 hour minimum) $75 (therapist / hour)
  • 1-hour Table Massage $125 (add $60 for every additional 1/2 hour)
  • Salt Glow Massage $250
 
Seniors (60+) 20% off Regular (*) Prices
 

Appointments/Cancellations: We recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour advance notice to avoid charges.

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service unless other payment arrangements are made. For your convenience, you may pay by cash, check or credit cards (Visa/MasterCard).
