everyone knows about Century Massage & Bodywork's policy on
appointments/cancellations..

We recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance. If you must cancel
or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour advance notice
to avoid charges. Improper cancellations will be subjected to a fee of up to the
missed appointment. Appointments are special time slots that are reserved for
you. If you require a courtesy call, please let our staff know.
