I hope that this email finds everyone enjoying our Northwestern SPRING! I'd like to enjoy it some more, but I am still putting the business re-organizing together. Many things are going on at Century Massage & Bodywork. I am still in the midst of putting together a "new and improved" massage therapy company and would like to ask for your assistance.
I am now looking to hire a part-time receptionist / admin assistant, preferably with 3-5 years administrative/medical experience. Knowledge in computer is a must. This position will be open sometime in July / August 2003. The duties of this position consist of, but not limited to, the following:
Answer phone; take messages; schedule appointments; compose/send letters to doctors, insurance, attorneys, and clients/patients; copy/fax medical documents; assist in medical billing; handle inquiries from massage therapists, doctors, insurance companies, attorneys, and clients/patients; check mail; some cash handling; make courtesy calls to clients/patients; greet clients/patients as they walk in for their appointment; compile raw data for statistical records; assist in managing office; and other duties as assigned.
Position opening: July / August 2003 (part-time position)
Salary: $9 - $12 per hour (DOE)
