Just a friendly reminder that I will be out of the office July 27 to August 3 and then again August 10 - 12. I will be providing sports massage for cyclists riding the Washington Alps Tour '02 and Courage Classic Bicycle Tour '02, respectively.
The Washington Alps Tour '02 is actually TK&A's inaugural bike ride that promises to be one of the most challenging and scenic rides TK&A has ever produced anywhere in North America. There will be 31 riders, ages from 31 to 72, with 5 states (WA, OR, ID, CA, and AZ) and England being represented.
The Courage Classic Bicycle Tour, in its 11th year, is a fund-raising event helping to raise money for the Rotary Endowment for the Intervention and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. This ride usually has over 500 participants every year. The route over Snoqualmie, Blewett and Stevens passes is ambitious and well worth the 10 to 15 mile thrilling down hills! The friendly and encouraging support and service is astounding, and the cause and comradery of the Courage Classic is profound. Together, these characteristics produce a weekend adventure that is down right FUN! This ride will certainly leave you feeling exhilarated, pampered and inspired! This is why I do this every year since graduating from massage school in 1999!
If anyone is interested in participating in any of the rides that TK&A produce, please give me a call or visit their web site at www.owct.com and tell them Lyn sent you!
