WANTED: Female Licensed Massage Practitioner (we already have 2 male
therapists)
I am looking for a female massage therapist who is confident in
providing medical, sports/athletic, and other therapeutic massage
modalities, someone who is able to provide deep tissue massage, to
work as an employee at my downtown Renton office. Someone who has at
least one year experience and/or taking seminars to improve her
skills and knowledge base (i.e. NMT, MET, SCS, Tragger, MLD, and/or
MFR), preferably someone who knows how to create SOAP charts and is
into or familiar with working on people with the following condition
(s): whiplash injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), sciatica,
migraine and tension headaches, repetitive stress syndrome, sports-
related injuries, and low back pain, to name a few. Interested
individuals must posses a positive outlook, professional, clean, in
good health, team-player, and have great customer service skills;
must be open-minded and able to work with all types of people and
culture, regardless of gender, race, or sexual-orientation. Living
in Renton and/or able to be "on-call" is a huge plus.
Century Massage & Bodywork is a medical massage clinic and has been
doing business in the Renton area since 1999. About 80% of our
client-base are injury-related clients/patients who prefer deep,
firm massages.
Flexible time schedule Monday through Saturday (on-call)
Salary $15 - $30 per hour of actual massage (DOE)

Copy of WA Dept of Health License
Copy of Professional Liability Insurance
Please be prepared to give an hour massage after the verbal
interview.
