There has been some confusion on this email. It is blanketly sent to all
members and pending members to remind everyone to complete the necessary fields
in your profile (as required by Yahoo).

============================================================================

Yahoo requires that everyone keeps their age, location, and gender in their
profile.
Please see the instructions below for figuring out how to comply to this:

Yahoo has dictated that all members of any group must have a
completed profile with NAME, AGE, GENDER, LOCATION, your City is fine, not a
address.. Please do state your status or licensing (if you have one) in
occupation in order to protect the group from possible deletion. Please update
your profile as follows:

1. Open your Yahoo Session
2. Go to http://members.yahoo.com
3. Click on "VIEW MY PROFILES" at top of page.
4. Click "EDIT" on the row that shows your Yahoo ID
5. Click "EDIT PROFILE INFORMATION"
6. Enter your Name, Location, Age AND Gender
7. Click the "Save Changes" button, and you're done. Members who do not
promptly comply will be deleted.

Creative Balance

an

 Autumn art series for women:

Fueling the Creative Fire

When is the last time you had a good swing? The kind that made you feel like you were flying? Have you colored anything lately? Remember the smell of a brand new box of crayons that were yours and yours alone?

Join us for that kind of feeling this fall.........

This will be an opportunity to play with a variety of media while allowing to ignite the deeper purpose of honoring our creativity as a sacred aspect of who we really are .

Art is a vehicle and a tool to move us through our fear, judgement and perceived limitations. We will join together to witness the full expression of our creative voices in a safe and joyful environment.

Each class will begin with a sharing of insights and ideas to help us ALL jumpstart our creative fires. Through art journaling, creative exercises and the sheer enjoyment of discovery we will invite the process to unfold rather than be focused on a finished product.

Every class will introduce a specific technique to explore and provide the materials to expand on the process. We will offer open studios in between scheduled classes for more personal work and short demonstrations with other media.

There is no time but now, there is no one but you. Give yourself the gift of flight and come be with us.

Dates: Four Sundays from 1:00-4:00:

Hello!  Jean McClelland here.

American Express has a program that will fund five projects in October.  In order to receive the funding, my project must first become one of the top 25 nominated by SEPTEMBER 1!  That’s only 3 days from now.

The way that the project had to be worded on the American Express website in order to be accepted in the contest really didn’t do the concept justice.  Basically, the project I have proposed is to document how a structured, circular process, based on spiritual principles can help individuals create a prosperity mind-set.  Once documented, we will run the process for as many American people as will participate.  I’ve been doing this for years under the name of “The Prosperity Process.”

When people go through this process together, the energy field that is created helps others re-program their minds toward prosperity as well.  (Reference Dr. Rupert Sheldrake’s work on learning energy fields.) Basically, The Prosperity Process is group coaching sessions on keeping your mind on the good in your life and achieving your personal definition of success.  During the 40 days of the process, people gain ideas and the motivation to act on their ideas.  They create prosperity for themselves and others along the way!  In metaphysical terms, the process sets the Law of Attraction in play – big time!

Please now help me scale up the concept by nominating my American Express Members’ Project.  Assuming I would receive some of the funding, I am totally confident the project will be able to affect the entire American population.  Hey!  If we are going to do it, let’s do it BIG!

Here’s a link to the project I am asking you to nominate for funding:

http://www.membersproject.com/project/view/WNR1ME

All you have to do is Log In either as an American Express card holder or (just below that option) sign in as a guest and nominate the project.

If the link does not work for you, this is how you would find my project on www.AmericanExpress.com.  First click on “Members Project” near the top right of your computer screen.

Project Name:  Return America to Prosperity

Project Category:  Education… then Achievement Gap  (There are 86 projects in this category.  So far mine is WAY toward the bottom of the nominations.)

Project ID:  WNR1ME

Remember that this must be done BEFORE MONDAY, September 1 if I am to have a chance at all.  If you feel like forwarding this to your email lists, thank you in advance!

I really appreciate it.  Note that we also have the advantage of the hope of change with the upcoming election.  Doing this project now can actually positively affect much of the world.  The concept is based on numerous people’s scientific and spiritual research.  Some of the people quoted in the documentation will be Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, Deepak Chopra, Gregg Braden, Abraham-Hicks, Dr. Candace Pert, Dr. Fred Wolf, and many more.  The documentation alone is worth getting funded!  Let’s do this for ourselves and our great country.

Hello all,

I  hope this message finds you well and enjoying the end of summer.  I'm a Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and nutritional counselor, and I also have an MFA in Nonfiction writing.  Right now, I'm in the process of blending my dual interests in writing and holistic health.

I've designed a series of teleclasses about writing for holistic professionals that I'd like to offer on the discussion list. My goal is to help people in our field gain confidence in their writing so they can better represent the important work they do in the media.  I've kept the prices low to accommodate beginning practitioners and those with limited income.

I'm pasting the information on my classes below. Please let me know if you're interested in the classes, or if you have any questions about me or my program.

In health,

Katherine Jamieson

Simply Living Well

Wellness and Writing

"Getting In To Print" Tele-classes with Katherine Jamieson, MFA, HHC

Writing for magazines and newspapers is one of the best ways to promote your holistic practice.  Publishing articles increases your notoriety, establishes your credibility in the field, helps to land clients and speaking opportunities, and can be a stepping-stone to a book deal.  Without adequate support, though, breaking into the writing world can seem daunting, or just plain impossible.

My solution: keep it simple. These classes will help you determine what you want to write about, who you want to write for, and your goals in getting published (exposure, education, fame, fortune etc.)    If you're just getting started, the 3-part Quick Start Writing Series is a great way to jumpstart the writing side of your business.  In these three classes, you'll learn the basics of brainstorming article ideas, drafting a piece, and targeting local magazines.  The Advanced Series will build on the Quick Start Series, by helping you make writing a regular part of your marketing, and paving the way for your first national publications.

Each teleclass is a stand-alone program.  If for some reason you need to miss a class, notes and handouts will be provided.  All programs will be recorded and you can listen to them at any time.

Katherine has a unique way of getting right to the point and getting results. Her strong background in writing, together with her health counseling training make her the perfect writing coach for holistic professionals. She helped me create outlines and handouts for my corporate wellness series that I have used successfully in my business for 5 years. Marketing is the key to a successful practice, and Katherine's Quick Start program will help you get your name out there, establish credibility, drive more traffic to your website, and bring in more business!

n     Cheryl Mirabella, Founder of Mirabella and Associates and Living Whole Health

Katherine is an experienced, thoughtful and incisive editor and writer.  Her work on the Integrative Nutrition textbook greatly improved the original manuscript, and brought a new clarity of language and thought to the text.  As a former employee of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I know how important it is for holistic professionals to market themselves effectively through writing.  Katherine is uniquely positioned to help practitioners develop this significant aspect of their business, and I highly recommend her teleclass series.

About the Instructor:

A graduate of the famous Iowa writing programs, Katherine is a health and food freelancer whose work has appeared in many local, national, and international publications, including Newsday, Yoga+, Conscious Choice, Whole Life Times, Positive News and Massage Magazine.  She is certified in yoga, holistic health counseling and Reiki Level II.  Currently, she freelances for magazines and newspapers, and teaches writing and literature at a community college.

Quick Start Writing Program

$25 per session

Sign up for a 3-class series for a discounted price of $70

1.    Pegs, Hooks and Ledes: Growing Great Ideas

Tuesday, September 16th 7-8 PM  EST

What makes a great idea for a story?  In this class, we'll discuss how to brainstorm ideas, and choose areas that you can easily report.  We'll also clarify what makes an idea too general, too common, or too complex for most publications.  This class will cover how to match your ideas and expertise, writing "what you know," and how to generate the most interest in your business with your writing.

2.   The Magic Pitch Letter

Tuesday, September 23rd 7-8 PM

This class will cover how to narrow down an idea and make it clear, concise, and irresistible to a magazine editor.  We'll discuss the 3 major ingredients in every pitch letter, how to make a pitch letter a writing sample, and establishing yourself as the "expert" writer.  Samples of successful pitches will be distributed and discussed in the class.

3.    Eat Locally, Write Locally

Tuesday, September 30th  7-8 PM

Local publications are a great way to break into publishing, get free advertising, and become recognized as a community resource.  They are often hungry for food and health writing, and are the easiest place to launch your writing career. In this class, we'll discuss how to identify local publications that want your writing, developing relationships with editors, and becoming a contributing writer or columnist.

Advanced Writing Series

$25 per session

Sign up for a 3-class series for a discounted price of $70

Sign up for the 6-class series for a discounted price of $135

Sign up by September 10th for the full series and get one class free:   $125 for 6 classes

  1. The Blank Page: Writing the Article

Tuesday, October 7th  7-8 PM  EST

Learn how to choose a framework for your article, craft anecdotes, find sources and bring it all together.  We'll discuss how to research your pieces, interview sources and create a voice for your work.  This course will also cover tips on creating a writing schedule, battling writer's block, and staying inspired.

  1. Conquering the "Glossies"

Tuesday, October 14th  7-8 PM  EST

The "glossy" national magazines can provide excellent exposure and powerful credibility as a writer and practitioner. We'll discuss methods for targeting markets, how to become an "expert" on a magazine and developing relationships with editors.

  1. Down and Dirty: The Pitch Workshop

Tuesday, October 21st  7-8 PM  EST

Participants will identify a publication s/he would like to write for and craft a pitch to the voice and content of that magazine, newspaper or website.   Then you'll mail the pitches to me, and I'll compile them and send them back out to the group.  During class, we'll discuss how the pitches fit with the target publications, crucial edits that will make them irresistible to an editor, and how to "turn" the story for other venues.

**2 Thought that Counts Quotes on Presence:

"The whole world belongs to me, because I live in the last Page 224
story, the last dream: woman sitting in chair with cup of tea. I
look out the window, and whatever I see is my world. There's nothing
beyond that, not one thought. This world is enough for me.
Anything I ever need to do or be is in this unlimited space. It's
enough to accomplish my purpose, and my purpose is to sit here now
and sip my tea. I can imagine a world outside what I can see, and as
it happens I prefer this one. It is always more beautiful here,
wherever I am, than any story of a future or a past. The here and
now is where I can make a difference. It's what I live out of.
Nothing more is required."

To move
Cleanly.
Needing to be
Nowhere else.

Wanting nothing
From any store.

To lift something
You already had
And set it down in

Seeing freshly.

-In Al-Anon and Alateen We Learn:

not to suffer because of the actions or reactions of other people;

not to allow ourselves to be used or abused by others in the interest
of another's recovery;

not to do for others what they could do for themselves;

not to manipulate situations so others will eat, go to bed, get up,
pay bills, not drink;

not to cover up for anyone's mistakes or misdeeds;

not to create a crisis; and,

not to prevent a crisis if it is in the natural course of events.

John Holland writes a good brief article about Life Feedback – at the end of this message.

When you begin to initiate the Law of Attraction Life begins to provide you feedback to give you the answers you want and to open the doors for you to walk through. The Silva Method classes have been teaching the how-to, the mechanics of implementing the theories of how to create a better life for decades to millions around the globe. Theory is great but Experience is King. That’s when the message is driven home and you have a direct experience of the incredible powers that are lying dormant within… just waiting to be tapped which leads to life unfolding perfectly.

Click the link for the details of Jose Silva’s greatest dream for teaching humanity, the Silva UltraMind ESP seminar.

The whole impact of this class is to tangibly connect you to Your All-ONE-ness with the vast potential of Life that everyone talks about. Why not, Just Do It. This occurs in such a way as to open the channels for your natural good to flow through you into your life so that you are being of service on this planet. You establish controls to do this on your own, on cue, with Mind Skills to get feedback from your Tutor, the Other Side, to unfold into your purpose, to become a medical intuitive, to hone your intuition, to do many things (listed at the link above). The most important aspect… you learn to BE who you are naturally, an integral part of life, connected to the Quantum Oneness of life and BE-ing here to Implement your Gift to this Planet. What more is there?

Most people report that directly after the class some long-sought after goal(s) happen effortlessly like a cork was pulled out that had been stopping the flow.

SYNCHRONICITIES

Is your soul trying to get your attention? Synchronicities and so-called coincidences are clear signs that the Divine Source is knocking on your door. Sometimes it could be a soft tap or for those times when you’re not paying attention, it could be a loud bang!

Source working through synchronicity can manifest itself in some pretty unique ways. I have my own definition for them, which I call my divine nudges. Have you heard the same phrase or saying from more than one person in a day? Do the same numbers keep showing up in your life? Has someone mentioned the same person you were just thinking about? Have you met someone out of the blue who seemed to answer a question that you were just pondering?

These are all just signs for you to pause, to be open and pay attention, but most importantly to acknowledge that the source is sending you a message.

I heard a story once about a man who was having a hard time about switching careers. It was causing him a lot of stress with all the unanswered questions. He was offered a new job and wasn’t sure if he wanted to leave the security of his existing job. One day as he was driving to work and in a state of indecisiveness, he found himself asking the questions that we all put ourselves through at such times: “Should I take the new job?” Will I be happy? “Am I doing the right thing?”  At that precise moment, he looked up and saw a bus drive by and for some reason, he read the billboard on the side of the bus. It was a Nike advertisement with the slogan: “Just Do It!”

These are not just coincidences! I don’t believe there are accidents in this intelligent universe. It’s times like these that you should ask yourself: “What am I supposed to be learning or doing right now?” I feel when these synchronistic events happen, it’s the inner workings of your soul showing up in your outside physical world.

Right-click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of this picture from the Internet.
This Week's Lesson

This week, try to notice if synchronistic events are happening around you. Here are few tips to help you notice and act on those divine nudges.

Tips on tapping in to and working with synchronicities:

•  The more you notice and pay attention to meaningful synchronistic events and coincidences, the easier it gets for them to multiply in your life.

•  Notice when you run in to people unexpectedly. Really listen to what’s being said in the conversation and the hidden message that could be there for you.

•  If there’s a certain problem in your life, try to let it go and turn it over to synchronicity. What you’re saying to the Divine Source is: “OK, show me! Let me be aware and act when the answer or guidance is being presented to me.”

•  Work with your journal and intuition to become even more aware when the source is knocking on your door.

•  Believe that it IS possible. A positive attitude enhances the experience, just as a negative attitude will shut it down.

This newsletter maybe the first you’re receiving, forwarded to you from a friend, or someone might have simply had you read this – after you just told them of a so called coincidence that has or keeps showing up in your life. You were meant to receive this newsletter with this message. This is also synchronicity trying to get your attention.

As I have said: “There are no accidents – I truly believe that life tries to show us miracles every day if we would simply notice and act upon them.”

Have a SOUL filled week

Generative Breathwork: "Grounding personal power and identity"

Generative Breathwork is a modern approach to ancient healing
practices in which participants move safely into a non-ordinary state
of consciousness through deep, connected breathing supported by
strong, evocative music. As a powerful healing process, Generative
Breathwork gently awakens inner wisdom, activates the inner healer,
and connects you deeply to spirit.

An opportunity exists to release dysfunctional patterns and heal old
wounds. an invitation arises to reclaim lost soul parts and become all
of who you are. Everyone's journey is unique and custom designed; no
two are alike.

Generative Breathwork might be for you if you are seeking:

*Emotional healing, including grief resolution
*Recovery from addictive patterns
*Release from difficult life patterns
*More passion, meaning and purpose in life
*Discovery of your life's work
*A spiritual awakening or heart opening
*Conscious relationships
*A community of like minded souls
*Relief from stress
and many more?.

This form of breathwork is based on Stan Grof's Holotropic Breathwork
model and tempered through Integrative Breathwork of Jacquie Small.

Hope to see you there.

The Thought That Counts Quote:
on The Flowering of Human Consciousness from "A New Earth" by
Eckhart Tolle www.eckharttolle.com, pulled from
www.compassionworks.com newsletter

"The feelings of joy and love are intrinsically connected to that
(beauty in flowers) recognition.

With¬out our fully realizing it, flowers would become for us an
expression in form of that which is most high, most sacred, and
ultimately formless within ourselves.

Flowers, more fleeting, more ethereal, and more delicate than the
plants out of which they emerged, would become like messengers from
another realm, like a bridge between the world of physical forms and
the formless.

They not only had a scent that was delicate and pleasing to humans,
but also brought a fragrance from the realm of spirit.

Using the word "enlightenment" in a wider sense than the
conventionally accepted one, we could look upon flowers as the
enlighten¬ment of plants."

**THIS MONTH'S PRESENTATION:
Tapping into the Collective Wisdom at Work: The Power of Dialogue and
Deliberation
Have you ever had the opportunity to be part of a strategic planning
process that:
- Made your spirits soar?
- Challenged you to stretch into new ways of being, doing and
learning?
- Enhanced organizational vitality and morale while better serving
customers?
Organizations that have journeyed into this territory understand that
it's all about tapping into the wisdom of an organization to inform
choices that are made. They have discovered that wise choices involve
holding two key intentions - an intention to learn and an intention
to serve the common good (extending beyond the organization's walls).
What does this look like operationally? What skill supports these
intentions?
The skill is hosting a different kind of conversation- one that
fosters strategic learning. These conversations foster community,
create shared meaning and result in wise choices. We will offer a
framework for these conversations and participants will have the
opportunity to practice two key ingredients - inquiry and reflection.
After the practice, we'll share experiences and consider implications
for fostering conversations that matter in the work place. We will
also be sharing an upcoming opportunity in Austin to learn more about
dialogue and deliberation.
Our Speaker's Bio:
Stephanie Nestlerode, MSW,, has been a strategic planner for over
thirty years in settings ranging from multi-hospital systems to
academics, government and non-profits. She is founder of Omega Point
International, Inc. (www.omegapoint.net). The consulting firm's
mission is nurturing Leadership for the Common Good by providing
learning opportunities that inspire, guide, and cultivate skills. In
her words, "the future we create is the legacy we leave our
children."
Juli Fellows, Ph.D., has been an independent organizational
consultant for 15 years (www.docfellows.com ). Her specialty is
designing and facilitating collaborative meetings, including large
public policy processes. She is also an experienced mediator. Two
years ago, Juli became the skills coach for the Leadership Austin
Essential class and introduced dialogue as a critical leadership
skill. It's been a transformative experience for many of the class
members.

7) EMOTIONAL AIKIDO Workshop: The Energy of Emotions

Imagine what it would be like to trust your inner experience without
resistance or fear. What things might be possible? What might you
learn about your Self?
Emotional Aikido is an experiential technique and practice that
teaches us how to be present to our internal experience (thoughts,
emotions, physical sensations) without resistance, fear or
judgment.

By using the Emotional Aikido technique, we learn how being present
to our inner experience can lead us back to the deeper truths within
ourselves, offering us access to our true nature.
This work is in alignment with the teachings of Eckhert Tolle on
Presence and non-resistance.

Lonely soul on a journey of light
Come rest with us a while this night
Come learn, come share, come give of you
As love and light shall pull you through.

Endless days, tomorrow's choice
Listen to our subtle voice
We'll hold your gentle loving hand
And try to help you understand.

Come sit with us for a little while
Come laugh, come sing, and share a smile
Dear child of God and sweetest thing
Listen carefully; hear Angels sing.

Come forth, come give, and be a part
Let love and light within your heart
let's all join hands and walk together
As One Big Circle; we go on forever.

Hi all,

Just like the Corpus Christi instructor says, apologies for the very late notice. I just got this. But check it out.

The Silva International convention in Budapest, Hungary with 8000 attendees is being joined by Silva graduates and friends from across the globe for this 30 minutes of unified meditation. If you follow the link there is a downloadable guided meditation for this that is 25 minutes long.

And there is a link there to the Princeton Global Consciousness Project where they are going to measure the effect of this meditation.

Even if you don’t do this, you can download the guided meditation and do it.

Dear Silva lecturer colleague,

We are glad that you might be interested in coming to Budapest to our special Silva convention, to which we expect 8000 Hungarian Silva graduates to come.

Here is the program that we can offer to you:

16/August/2008: Convention and evening bal
In the first part of our convention you’ll hear three speakers in English: Edgar Mitchell (astronaut, who was the 6th man on the Moon, and who is the founder of The Institute of Noetic Sciences); Laura Silva and Dr. Rosa A. Rivas. Between 12.20 and 12.50 we’ll program for a better world. Anyone can join this meditation on the planet by clicking on www.szebbeletert.hu. The afternoon part of the convention will be only in Hungarian. However, we provide translators for you if you wish to participate in this part of the convention as well.

In the evening there will be a huge ball with music, dancing and games.

17/August/2008: Conference for Silva lecturers
This conference will be held in the Hotel Stadion where most of you will be staying. The discussion will be lead by Laura Silva. We asked Rosa Rivas to share her huge experience in teaching the Silva Method with us in order to become more successful lecturers. The Hungarian Silva lecturers will share their ’secrets’ of having huge BLSes with hundreds of new participants even after 18 years of teaching the Silva Method in Hungary.

18/August/2008: Tourist program and closing dinner
We organize a special sight-seeing of Budapest and Szentendre. You’ll see parts of our capital that most tourists never see. In the evening we close our program for Silva lecturers with a special dinner.

~ The Lake of Consciousness ~

A channelling by my Spirit Guide.

In understanding the role that consciousness plays in our lives here
on earth, and the struggle we have trying to find ourselves, I give
you the story that my guide gave me written in my words…but of
course it will never be as good as he gives to me.

Let's pretend that you are a body of water, connected to all of the
water in the world…what one drop knows the rest knows as that is the
property of water.
Let's say you are a lake, still, deep, calm, and beautiful. You are
rained on, you give up steam in the heat, you flow into the rivers
and rivers flow into you. You mix your essence over and over again
with all of the waters of the world, giving of your experiences and
receiving of theirs. You are part of the ONE in your environment. An
no matter what happens, you can always return to yourself.
You are able to quench those who thirst, and to refresh those who
are tired, simply because it is you and you are part of the ONE, you
are able to do so..

When it comes time to have another experience, you decide that the
Earth plane might be fun and challenging. So, everything gets
arranged, you are excited and gung-ho about it all. You listen to
the advice that is given you; you pay attention to those who have
been to earth before. You might even think you can do a better job
of it. They know this and just smile and walk away. They learnt
their lesson being here, now it's your turn.
Maybe you're an old hand at this and decide it is time to take on a
much bigger challenge. Whatever you decide, and where ever you are
on your path, you are told wisely that all you have to do is t
remember that we, the spirits, will be watching and waiting for you
to hear us. We will be making contact at all times, you will never
be alone. All you have to do is remember that the biggest part of
you is still here, is still in constant communication with the All,
and so with us. Did you listen? WELL

You can't bring all of you here, so you bring to this plane, a drop
of yourself-- an essence of the whole. It is your lifeline to back
home…it is your pipeline.

THEN

You're here. Nothing seems to be going well. God doesn't seem to be
listening to you. You have shouted at him, begged him, cried to him,
and even prayed to him….and NADA.
SO

Is there a God? Is there life after death? Where do we go when we
die? Why do so many people have sorry lives? Why is my life so
messed up?

Eventually you stop asking, and start looking. ………
And "Bingo!", you have gotten your little plumber out of hiding, and
now he can start to work on unplugging that pipe that has been
connecting you to your higher self all of this time. That's the plan…
so what can go wrong?

When you start looking for yourself, you are asking to be connected
again.
Therefore you have forgotten that you already are!.
If you have forgotten; then that little drop of essence, your
current consciousness has forgotten.
Imagine what is going on in that part of you that has been living
with you in this life for all of these years. It has always been
there for you, taking you to all the places you have been, dictating
to you how you should act, speak, see, etc.
Now you that drop of essence want to find your HIGHER SELF.
Equation…we get conflict. Conflict because we are looking for what
is already there, conflict because we know there is something else,
but we don't know what, and conflict because we are saying to our
that little part of us, ii is not enough.
Conflict generates great fear. Fear comes from what we do not know
and do not understand.
Fear will always stand in our way. Fear will always react with a
variety of expressions: violence, doubt, derision, and the ultimate
one, anger.
If we is push too far and are unable to cope with the fear, our
little essence, our current consciousness will withdraw.
We will generate within ourselves what we currently call
schizophrenia, a splitting off of itself; a splintering of the soul.

The answer is so simple it is mind boggling. LOVE. Love yourself.
Love all of yourself. Love the parts you consider ugly, nasty, and
horrible. Love the feelings that you don't want others to see. Love
the habits that you keep under wraps. Love the addictions and the
compulsive behaviour. In fact, love all that you are, and make your
self feel safe and comforted.
When we love just who we are then the connection can and will be
allowed to grow. With growth comes understanding. With understanding
comes the letting go and the trusting of yourself. With the trusting
of yourself comes the divine love that shares and experiences all
that is. In doing so, you are teaching that little part of you how
very important it truly is. You teach it that it is not separate,
but a part of the whole.

Final foot note: While here on the earth plane, it is absolutely
impossible to bring all yourself into your physical body. Yet by
being connected to all that you are, no matter what the strength of
that connection, you are experiencing the divine source. No matter
how dim a light, it is still a light.

PS: Take only what resonates with you and leave the rest behind...

Thank you to everyone for your generous support this past week.  We have received SO many phone calls, cards and e-mails that we can’t help but feel loved and supported.  I know that your thoughts have been carrying our family through these days and we truly appreciate them.  Please know that Tom, Joshua and I are very clear that Sarah’s choices were her own and that all our thoughts and feelings relate to missing her deeply.  She was truly a Light on this planet and brought joy to everyone who knew her.

I arrived home from Tennessee last evening and have started a page on my website for Sarah.  Sarah’s friends have started a MySpace page specifically dedicated to her as well.  I will add more details to this page when I get them.  http://www.healingtouchtherapies.com/html/sarah_rachel_lemire.html

I am taking this weekend to spend time alone at the home of a dear friend in the woods of Paige, Texas.  This home was lovingly designed to be a place of peace and joy, as it is filled with water features, unseen Beings of Light that can be felt and has a meditation area in the woods. I will update everything as I am able.  If you have volunteered to help, you may still be called upon!

I am unable to get to everyone today, so please forward this message as you see fit.

Blessings to everyone.  Please go home and hug your kids.  Most importantly, accept them as they are and give them space to accept themselves.

Blissings,

This is a reminder about 3 FREE Classes available to anyone and everyone at 3 Austin Public Libraries this Saturday and Monday.

The Empower Austin Project is where the Silva Method of Central Texas provides useful skills to the public absolutely free in 2-hour classes. This is a service to my community that is in alignment with Jose Silva’s (founder) vision that as we empower the individual we will live in a better and better world.

·         Before school starts: Just in time for students of all ages to learn how to improve study skills and grades

·         Teenagers and adults will gain valuable skills for life and in business

You, your friends, family and coworkers will want these classes to experience and walk away with useful mind skills that will allow you to do better in life. Attending these classes is a great way to get a taste of this life-empowering system that has been helping millions of graduates around the globe since 1966. There is a reason for our success: it works for those who use it.

Each class is exactly 2 hours. About half of that time will be spent at a level of mind that refreshes you while you become empowered with useful Life Skills. This means you will leave more refreshed than when you walked in the door in addition to being more empowered.

I encourage you to grab a friend and bring him or her. Forward this email to anyone who has a desire to make a change in life.

All classes are open to the public. Each person will receive a handout and a pen.

The site I'm always reading and telling you about has now published a
Master Index that contains 180 different articles regarding every
aspect of the Bible imaginable, with the following challenge: "IF
anyone can provide Scripture that supports their "idea" or claim that
anything we have published is not 100% Biblical, email the Verse(s)
which prove us wrong and we will publish them.

I know from reading this site that A LOT of people have expressed
OPINIONS that this, or that, which the site has published is not
Scriptural, but when they are told to cite Book, Chapter, and Verse
to support their views, they invariably come back obviously citing
some Verse completely out of context. And this, believe it or not, is
more often than not, usually done by preachers, and/or people
claiming to be Bible Scholars. Almost everyone does a lot of
criticizing when they first start reading, until they realize
that "that" is what the Bible actually says.

So, for those who are wanting the pure unadulterated Word, supported
by a common logic approach to what is actually stated in the Bible,
come get some of exactly that. Same goes for those who would like to
have their views and opinions of what the Bible says compared with
what it actually does say.

Try it out. It has to be the most informative teaching site I have
ever found on the internet.
