We are an informal patient support group of people with various sleep disorders in the Central Ohio area who started meeting in 1986. We exist to help each other and anyone interested in learning more about sleep and sleep disorders. Our meetings are currently held quarterly from 2-4pm on Sundays at the Elizabeth Blackwell Center near Riverside Hospital. We send out a quarterly mailing in January, April, July, and October. And hold a potluck picnic in August.
