What you are describing does not sound like too much too fast. As long as you are getting the liquid and the protein that you need, and you are not feeling ill, then I think you are fine. But if you are concerned, e-mail Pam. She will respond quickly and with great advice. Stay off the scale until your dr appointment. Take care. Do not push yourself to go to Kroger, let someone else do that for you. Concentrate on walking around the house. It is very easy to get tired and dizzy after this surgery.
