You'll have to excuse me right now...but I've just got a lot going on
and cannot keep things straight. Are you kinda like me....I'm 4
months into a 6 month pre-op diet. And on a 1600 calorie diet and as
long as I stay within that range I can eat anything, I don't see what
would hurt that you would wanna eat broth instead of cottage cheese tho.
