I asked my dietican the same thing a couple months ago and she said that most of the time if it is made in the usa or Canada then it doesn't contain gluten....
Unfortunately for Celiacs, "most of the time" can be hazardous to our health. I've reacted to maltodextrin many times from foods manufactured in the US....
