I take Vitamins, cook from scratch and have a fair knowledge of
nutrition. Also am discovering other food allergies and eliminating
more foods. I still have this fatigue, shakiness that land me in bed
if I overdo it. I'm 39 and probably had celiac since I was a
toddler,
