This Month's Tip: Many celiacs worry about imported foods since ingredients that
are gluten free in the US may not be gluten free in other countries. We called
the FDA to ask them about this and they said that foods imported into the US
must follow US regulations. That means, if it's gluten free in the US, it will
be gluten free in any foods imported into the US. Celiacs can stop worrying
about MSG since, in the USA, MSG is a gluten free ingredient!
