I used the animal crackers for the crust in the gluten-free section of
Dierbergs, less expensive and I just added a sprinkle of sugar before adding
butter!!! I forget the brand name!!!

hi:) Yes. I have eaten this brand and have not gotten sick. They have to put
it on the package because they produce wheat in the facility-they say they are
very careful.

Has anyone had any experiences with Mi-Del gluten-free gingersnaps not
being gluten free? The package says that they are "gluten-free" and
tested regularly but it also says that wheat is in the factory where
they are made. I am wondering if I should use them as a substitute
for graham crackers in a crust for cheesecake.
Thanks,
