Has anyone had any experiences with Mi-Del gluten-free gingersnaps not
being gluten free? The package says that they are "gluten-free" and
tested regularly but it also says that wheat is in the factory where
they are made. I am wondering if I should use them as a substitute
for graham crackers in a crust for cheesecake.
