Hi Deb -

This may or may not be true for you, but I've found that since going 100%
gluten-free, I've become lactose intolerant as well.

:-(

I read (somewhere - in a few places actually, but I can't remember exactly
where) that this isn't uncommon. And that in some cases, the lactose
intolerance eventually goes away once the intestines begin to heal.
