Has anyone found that they have cravings for food they didn't usually
like before they started the gluten-free diet? I was never a big meat
eater, but the past month or so (after about 2 months on the diet) I
started craving meat and now I eat it regularly, almost every day. I
still don't want red meat, but I've been eating chicken, pork chops,
and especially bacon.
Why is this happening now, when I was never a huge meat-eater to
begin
with?
