Hi Deb,

Often it takes a few days to feel better. What I've heard most often
is that it can take up to two weeks before all the toxins have been
completely cleared out of your system and the intestines have healed.
Plus the body is adjusting to such a dramatic dietary change, it's not
unexpected to feel some digestive unrest.

Hang in there for a few more days. I hope you feel better real soon!
