I've been gluten free for a week now. I've been very thorough, eating
mostly whole foods, but I'm still having digestive symptoms. I'm 51
and have probably had this my whole life. I hear so many people
talking about feeling so much better almost immediately. Does it
sometimes take awhile to start feeling better again? I'm doing
everything I can to avoid cross contamination, avoiding anything that
is even considered questionable. I have read of some doing colon
cleansings to get rid of plaque that has built up.....any feedback
would be great....thanks.
