for the tips and information. I would never have considered asking a restaurant
to grill my food on tin foil! (But that's a great idea!) Not that I plan going
out to eat anytime soon . . .

And as long as I have your attention ;-) what do you all think about distilled
grain vinegars??? I've heard from one source that they used to be considered
unsafe, but are now considered safe because the distillation process filters out
all of the grain gluten. I'm not totally convinced of that because the
reactions I've gotten recently "seem" to involve vinegar in processed foods. (I
also heard from the same source - on the web - that if a label specifies vinegar
- as opposed to a certain type of vinegar - that according to US regulations, it
must be apple cider vinegar). Any thoughts, comments, information????

Gratefully yours,
Valerie
