Good luck teaching others about the gravity of our
situation. If you don't have celiac, or your
children, then people really don't care and usually
don't want to be bothered with it. At church I've been
told that as long as I say that I am a celiac, then I
will be. Anyway, I wish you all the luck in the world
and God Bless your little 2-yo. With your help, he
will turn into a wonderful cook. I know a great
recipe for corn\banana cake.
