Thanks for all the info Jaime. I've written down your suggestions and
will get right on them. As far as the coke goes, I guess the
questionable ingredient is the caramel coloring. According to the
Celiac Sprue Association, colorings and dyes MAY trigger a response,
mainly because the source is questionable for these. I have read on
several other sites that caramel coloring is on the "no" list. The
only reason I bring this up again is because I've had indigestion the
4 days I've been gluten free. The only thing I haven't given up is
the diet coke, and I sure don't want to have to. But then I licked an
envelope yesterday and wear lipstick too, both of which I've found out
contain gluten, so who knows. I really appreciate your info, and I'll
call Coca Cola to see if they know the source of their coloring.
