Re: No clue

---Hi! Whenever I go to a restaurant, I will ask them to grill my
food on tin foil, because otherwise, it can contaminate your food.
(Going on the assumption that items with gluten are prepared on that
suface.) I'm not sure if this particular restaurant is in your area,
but Outback Steakhouse has a Gluten free menu on their website. They
tell what to substitue, etc. When we eat there, they are more than
helpful to try and accomadate our diet.

I have heard that the vegetable broth in canned tuna can have gluten
in it. I have a products listing that shows that all varieties of
Star Kist tuna are gluten free, but you should call them to verify
that their recipie hasn't changed since then...their number, is 1-800-
252-1587.

Ok, I do have a list of gf mayo's, but call on them first...Cains:all
natural, light reduced, reduced fat and fat free. / Hellmann's /Hy-
Vee:Mayonnaise (32oz)/ Miracle Whip/ Smart Balance: reduced fat/Smart
Beat: fat free/ Trader Joe's: Delouis Fils, Red cal/ Winn-Dixie

The numbers that I have, are Hellmann's 800-338-8831 / Hy-Vee 800-289-
8343 /Smart Balance 201-568-9300 / Smart Beat 201-568-9300 /

I hope this helps! Take care! Jaime :)
