Hello! I called the Coca-Cola company a few months ago, and they
assured me that even Vanilla coke was gluten free. Products do
change all the time, so here is the number if you would like to check
for yourself. 1-800-438-2653
I have a wonderful resource from the Celiac Sprue Association. I
ordered their Cooperative Gluten-Free Products Listing. They have
updated listings yearly. Their website, is www.csaceliacs.org
telephone number, is 402-558-0600.
Some really good gluten free cookbooks to check into, are by Bette
Hagman. (I've found them at Barnes n Noble.) There are quite a few
recipies for bread that are actually quite tasty!
Hang in there! It does get easier!!!!
Jaime :)
