Doug,

10 meter opens for me on the 23rd of the Month. Already excited
about the changes as I have several friends in the UK that have
upgraded, and 20m opens up nicely to the UK during the day. I passed
the General once already but failed to get the morse endorsement, now
the incentive to re-take the test is here.
