n0lay@.... Still have the yahoo locations as well. I am on during ALL
Emergencies with SATERN and 39lsb when it is open toward the affected areas. We
probably have five thousand members with SATERN and have very few active members
during emergencies too, but we still make it work. We would probably have better
participation if 11 meter band conditions were better. And it may help to have a
Net Manager during emergencies to coordinate Net Control Stations and had
training nets to prepare like the Big Boys do.
