Description

This is a discussion group for patients who have had a stroke as a result of carotid dissection.
Having a stroke is frightening enough, but to be a young person suddenly facing a problem that is commonly associated with senior citizens is scary, baffling and hard to relate to.
This group is a place to share your experience and find emotional support from fellow stroke from carotid dissection survivors.
I hope that this can be a place to alleviate some fears and find someone who can relate to your experience.
