Psychedelics and Religion Conference

On May 21st through 23rd Vancouver will play host to an international
group of Academics and Authors to discus the role of Psychedelic Drugs in
Religion. Entheogenesis 2: From Darkness Back to Light will be held at the
The Morris J. Wosk Centre For Dialogue of Simon Fraser University and
include speakers such as Dr. Michael Aldrich, who will be discussing the
role of cannabis in ancient India, Asia, the Middle East and Africa; Prof.
Francis Thackeray explains his controversail research relating to
Shakespeare's use of cannabis; Prof. Susan Boyd on her book From Witches
To Crack Moms; Prof. Carl Ruck & Prof. Blaise Staples discuss the use of
psychedelic mushrooms amongst the medieval heretical sect The Cathars and
more..... Join us for this enlightening celebration of Psychedelic
culture throughout history.
We will be offering a limited amount of press pasess but seating is
