threelac did not do anything for me except constipate me to the point i had 3 colonics,.. then of course I bought their active enzymes to help with that, they did nothelp. I have senseread that spore forming probiotics can be damaging to a person with weakened immune systenm, which Ihave.  thx  forthis tip, I like jarrows!
