Hi All-
I have been on a yeast-starvation diet for almost 3 months now and
overall many of previous symptoms are gone (severe muscle pain, IBS,
contipation, PMS, anxiety & sinus headaches) which is great!
However, recently my nutritionalist has been encouraging me to up my
probiotics because my body can only tolerate just a very small amount
at a time. Every time I increase my probiotics, I get large & painful
knots in my muscles primarily around my neck & shoulder area. This is
the also the area of my chronic muscle fatigue pain from before I
started the diet. I'm frustrated with this because it is stopping me
from increasing my probiotics and I feel like I'm never going to get
rid of this yeast infection!
Any suggestions or thoughts?
